How do I connect to my wallet?

There are several places from which you can connect to your wallet:

• Directly on the dashboard of the Clarity app you will find a "Connect Wallet" button.
• In the Settings menu you will also find this button in the menu "Token".

To connect to your wallet, simply click the "Connect Wallet" button.

A new window will appear where you can choose which wallet you want to connect to:

• MetaMask is offered as standard on desktop/laptop devices. Other wallets are being implemented
• On mobile devices, we have integrated WalletConnect, which allows access to wallets from different providers installed on your device. Please note that the connection to MetaMask, for example, is in "experimental" status and may be unstable.

After clicking the "Connect Wallet" button, your wallet will open with a request to authorise the connection to the Clarity app. Please confirm this in your wallet. After the connection has been established, you can switch back to the Clarity app. Now you can see your holdings on the dashboard, for example.

Important: Please make sure that you select the ETH address in your wallet where your DEFX tokens are actually located. Otherwise, the correct balance cannot be displayed.
