How to use the staking dashboard in Clarity?

The staking dashboard displays all relevant data essential for staking, unstaking and redeeming:

The area with a white background shows the amount in DEFX and USD that is currently being staked.

In the area below with a black background, the bonus tokens that have become available through staking are displayed. Please note that the new tokens are added weekly and can be requested from this point on.

The text below the table is for information purposes:

• The period over which the bonus tokens become available 
• The currently defined APR. Please note that the APR is being reviewed on a quarterly basis.

If an amount is already staked, the following options are available:

• Stake: even if an amount is already staked, it can be increased by any amount at any time.
• Unstake: The currently staked amount can be reduced by any amount at any time. Of course, the staking process can also be ended completely. To do this, the entire staking amount must be unstaked.
• Redeem: For the first time after one week after the start of the staking process, the DEFX bonus tokens can be redeemed. New bonus tokens are made available every week and can be requested in any amount.
